| WVPD Declared ICS House Band |
| During our recent performance at Scranton's Irish Cultural Society, Ballina Mayor Michelle Mulherin and several other Irish Dignitaries from County Mayo, Ireland were in attendance. Before the performance, ICS president Sean May made a public announcement to those in attendance, that the Wyoming Valley Pipe and Drum band is now officially the house band and will march with the ICS in the 2010 St. Patrick's day parade. |

| The WVPD has been named the house band of Kelsey's pub in Ashley, Pa, along with this honor Kelcey's also provided the band with the banner that is carried in front of our flag corps in parades.
